Most everyone would agree on one factor in finding your new home — location matters. The old adage rings true, “Location, Location, Location.”

Woods on Wilkens builds luxury lifestyle condos in Mason, Ohio. We’ve been long-time residents of this community and experience it to be home to some of the the brightest minds in business, beautiful parks, consistently great restaurants, and traditional charm.

The Cincinnati Enquirer recently reported that in addition to all that Mason has to offer, it is now ranked as one of America’s safest cities.

Mason was named the 100th safest city in America by NeighborhoodScout, a community data research service owned by Location, Inc. in Worcester, Mass.

Each year, NeighborhoodScout publishes a list of the Safest Cities in America, which is calculated using municipalities with population of 25,000 or more, and based on the total number of crimes per 1,000 residents.

Mason is one of five Ohio cities and the only city in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky to make the list this year. Other Ohio cities listed are Upper Arlington (88), Brunswick (83), Dublin (54) and North Ridgeville (21). Franklin, Mass., was ranked the safest city in the nation.

The Woods on Wilkens continues to grow! As we break ground on 2 more buildings this fall, we are excited to show off some of our options in the newest constructed market home. This ready to move in market home, in addition to the model, shows just a few ways you can customize your home at The Woods on Wilkens.

During our event on October 28, we will also show a sneak peak of our new bonus room option. Whether you need a hobby room, extra bedroom or game room, we have just the space for you.
